HealthM8 is in an invite-only beta. These are the working terms the product is built around while the full terms of service are finalised.

The essentials

  • HealthM8 is informational software. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace professional medical advice, and abnormal results should always be discussed with your GP.
  • Your data remains yours: export and deletion are permanent rights on every plan, and billing state never removes access to data you have already stored.
  • Beta access is personal and invitation-based. There is no charge during the beta, and nothing on this site is a checkout.
  • Premium pricing, trial, cancellation and refund terms will be published transparently before launch — placeholders are never presented as commitments.

What this page will cover at launch

The complete terms of service — acceptable use, subscription terms, GST treatment, liability and dispute handling under Australian law — will replace this page before public signup opens.
