What HealthM8 never does
- It never diagnoses a condition or claims to detect disease.
- It never prescribes, doses or recommends medication changes.
- It never predicts outcomes or presents fake precision as insight.
- It never buries an abnormal result — anything outside range is surfaced plainly and directed to professional review.
How the product stays trustworthy
- Basic facts and trends are deterministic: they come from your results and the lab’s reference ranges, not from AI.
- Where AI is used, insights are explainable and evidence-linked — every claim cites the results and documents behind it.
- The product’s job is to prepare better questions for your GP, with the exact data attached — not to answer them in your GP’s place.
If something looks wrong
If a result is abnormal or you feel unwell, contact your GP. In an emergency in Australia, call 000. HealthM8 is not a monitoring or alerting service and should never be relied on in an emergency.
